What are Doggy Treat Boxes?
Doggy Treats UK offers a selection of Dog Treat boxes on a monthly subscription or one of treat boxes.

All boxes are hand picked and packed with care by the Doggy Treats Team to suit your dog’s needs. We have years of experience & talking to dog owners from our pop up shops and so have used this experience to select the best treats for our boxes. You are also able to build your own box to suit your dog, what they like and what will benefit their health.
How do I manage my subscription?
A. Once an order is placed, a new account will be created automatically using your email address. If you have
not already created an account you will receive an email with the subscription details and a link to log in to
your customer account. Alternatively you can click on My Account at the bottom of our shop page.
Enter your email address and a link will be sent to your email to log in.
B. You can log in to your account and manage your subscription by changing card details, cancel
subscriptions, check the delivery address. You will also see your payment details & payment history.
C. If you need to pause your subscription for a month please let us know and we can refund your order once
it comes through.
D. Because your bank is linked for payments we cannot unfortunately change your subscribed items.
If you would like to change your treats or box please either change your items or cancel your subscription
and start a new subscription.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription box?
You can log in to your account and manage your subscription by changing card details, cancel subscriptions, check the delivery address. You will also see your payment details & payment history. Click on My Account at the bottom of our shop page. Enter your email address and a link will be sent to your email to log in. It is not possible at the moment to pause your subscription through My Account but please email us and we will refund the month you wish to not receive your treats. What boxes are available for me to choose from for my subscription?
We currently have Eight boxes available.
Regular Box: Ideal for one dog including a good handpicked variety of mixed natural treats. Including treats which will clean your dogs teeth, keep them occupied so longer lasting teats and hairy treats which will help with their digestion.
Regular Hair Free Box: Ideal for one dog including a good handpicked variety of mixed natural treats. Including treats which will clean your dogs teeth, keep them occupied so longer lasting teats and no hairy treats.
Chicken Free Box: Similar to our regular box but with no chicken treats. Long sausages will be replaced by pure 100% venison/duck/salmon sausages.
Deluxe Box: Our deluxe box has all of the treats as with our regular box plus extra longer lasting treats. This box is ideal for a large dog or multiple dogs.
Puppy/Senior dog: This treat box is similar to our regular box but includes softer treats ideal for a puppy or a senior dog.
Sausage Box: Our mixed sausage box is great for fussier dogs. Most dogs love sausages which can also be broken up or cut into small treats which can be ideal for training treats.
Chicken & Beef Free Box: This is a smaller box of treats requested by a number of customers for a dog which has lots of allergies. This box will contain no chicken or beef treats.
Doggy Treat Bag: Our very popular £10 bag is now available by subscription for you to receive each month. Your bag will include a selection of our most popular treats that month, which will include a hairy treat. Please message us if your dog has a special diet and we will tailor the treat bag for you. If your treat bag is being posted you will receive it in a box.
Can I order a one off box?
Yes, please feel free to order a one off box in our shop.
Do you include rawhide in your box?
We will never use rawhide because it is very dangerous for dogs. We use a natural alternative to rawhide which is called tough beef skin which is 100% natural and has not been through the tanning process.
When will I be charged for my subscription box?Â
You will be charged for your box the day you subscribe. Your box will be posted within 2 working days. You will then be charged on the same date the following month.
What kind of treats are included in my subscription box?Â
We include a variety of treats each month. We keep the most popular treats but add new treats each month for variety for your dog. Please go to our page "Whats inside" for more information.
My dog has allergies - will my box be ok for my dog?
Because our treats are 100% natural containing no gluten, wheat, additives they should cause no allergic reactions for your dog. Please do contact us if you need anything changing in your box, we are very happy to swap treats.
Why is postage not included & How do we post?
We are subsidizing the postage charge slightly for as long as we can. We do not charge for packaging, just postage. We are currently using Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked. We pack & post our treats within 2 working days and you will receive an email with your tracking number once we have posted your parcel. If you are local to us MK45 your postage will be £1 because we will deliver your treat box ourselves. We offer a £2 delivery service to Woburn & Woburn Sands. If we attend a market near you and you wish to collect your treats from our pop up shop/market please use our click & collect service.
What if I don't want hairy ears in my box?
We do have a hair free box option. If you would like a different box such as Deluxe please pop us a message after ordering and we will be happy to swap the hairy treats.
